Okay girls,i`ll try to tell u how to cut the pic or ... how to put backgroung in it .. Hope u`ll understand me... :S
First u make the background on new layer.Then u put the whole pic on it and with the eraser u erase? {*lol*} the background of the pic..and u should choose the opacity of the eraser to be 30-40% .
